본 발명은 식품, 공업용품, 잡화 등 각종 합성수지 용기의 성형작업을 자동적으로 수행하여 제품의 대량생산을 통해 생산성을 향상시키고, 또한 제품생산의 자동화로 인건비 및 원가를 절감시키며 동시에 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록한 자동압진공 성형장치에 관한 것으로, 원단(1)을 공급하는 원단공급롤(20)과; 원단공급롤(20)을 프레임(10)에 구비된롤지지부(11)로 승강시키는 롤승강레버(30)와; 프레임(10)의 중앙 양측에 좌,우로 이동가능하게 설치되어 이송체인(50)을통해 원단(1)을 이송시키는 원단이송레일(60)과; 공급되는 원단(1)의 폭에 따라 상기 양측 원단이송레일(60)의 폭을 조절하는 이송레일폭조절롤(70)과; 원단이송레일(60)의 전방 상,하부에 가이드레일(81)을 통해 좌,우로 이동가능하게 설치되어 공급된 원단(1)을 가열하는 히터(80)와; 성형테이블(90)(91)상에 설치되어 각각 승,하강하면서 가열된 원단(1)상에 진공압으로 용기형상(2)을 성형하는 상,하부금형(100)(110)과; 히터(80)와 성형테이블(90)(91)을 프레임(10)상에 전,후로이동가능하게 지지하여주는 이송대(120)와; 이송대(120)를 전,후로 이송시키는 이송대조절롤(130)과; 히터(80)와 상,하부금형(100)(110)의 사이 상,하부에 설치되어 성형시 원단(1)을 고정시키는 원단고정셔터(140)로 구성된 것이다.The present invention automatically performs the molding of various synthetic resin containers such as food, industrial goods, miscellaneous goods, thereby improving productivity through mass production of products, and also reducing labor costs and costs by automating the production of products and at the same time safety accidents.
