Abstract
본 고안은 엔드밀 가공 중 절삭력에 의해 발행하는 공구처짐(휨)에 의한 가공오차에 관한 것으로 공구처짐에 의해 가공오차가 크게 되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록하는 공구 틸팅(기울림) 장치로서 기존의 엔드 밀 가공에서 크게 발생하는 가공오차를 가공효율의 손실 없이 효과적으로 줄일 수 있는 방안에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a machining error caused by a tool deflection (bending) issued by cutting force during end milling.
