This invention is about a tilt connector of vacuum cleaner to connect and separate the absorbing division and the body automatically without pressing the lever by user when one of canister type or upright type is selected. The tilt connector is combined opposite reciprocally to form the inner space, connected to rotate on the shaft(150) in the backward of absorbing division(33), put into the insert hole(51) of body(30) to form a flat linear division(113) in its lower end, mounted on a pair of torsional springs(160a)(160b) individually through the connecting lever(170a)(170b) attached with a hanging lug(179a)(179b) respectively in its lower end in the inner space. And the tilt connector contains the upper and lower cover(130)(110), the frame(180) supported by one side end of torsional springs(160a)(160b) in which a guide slot(192a)(192b) is formed to move the hanging lug(179a)(179b) to both directions rectilinearly, a pair of press flaps(200a)(200b) inserted into the fixed hole(51a)(51b) of the insert hole(51) by the hanging lug(179a)(179b) of a pair of torsional springs(160a)(160b) is projected on both out side of the upper and lower cover(130)(110) when the absorbing division(33) is tilted in a inclined state and the hanging lug(179a)(179b) is drawn from the fixed hole(51a)(51b) of the insert hole(51) by pressing the torsional springs(160a)(160b) into the interior through the connecting lever when the absorbing division(33) is located vertically. The apparatus gives the improvement of convenience for use, a good appearance, and an elevated durability.
