Abstract

본 발명은 진공청소기내부에 흡입력을 발생시키는 주전동기의 과열을 방지하는 기능을 구비시킨 진공청소기에 관한 것으로, 특히 청소기용 주전동기와 동시에 구동하도록 진공청소기 본체케이스내부에 냉각팬 전동기를 설치시킴으로써, 상기 주전동기가 구동되는 동안에 냉각팬 전동기가 외부 찬공기를 주전동기로 공급함에 의해 청소기용 주전동기가 과열되는 것을 방지하도록 하는 주전동기 과열방지기능을 구비한 진공청소기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 기술적인 구성은 진공청소기에 있어서, 상기 진공청소기 본체케이스(110)에 외부 통퐁구(111a, 111b)를 형성시키고, 진공청소기의 구동실(122)과 전선수납실(140)의 분리벽(130)에 내부 통풍구(131a, 131b)를 형성시키며, 상기 외부 통풍구(111a, 111b)와 내부 통풍구(131a, 131b)를 통해서 외부공기를 구동실(122)로 제공하도록 본체케이스(110) 내부에 제1, 2 냉각팬 전동기(136, 138)를 설치한 것이다.

제1도는 종래 진공청소기용 전동기 제어블록도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 냉각팬 전동기를 설치한 진공청소기의 내부상태도, 제3도는 제2도에 표시된 A부분 확대도, 제4도는 본 발명에 따른 진공청소기용 주전동기 및 냉각팬 전동기의 제어블록도.

Claims (3)

  1. 진공청소기의 본체케이스(110) 내부에 먼지봉투(116)가 내장된 집진실(114)과, 흡인력을 발생시키는 청소기욜 주전동기(main motor)(126)가 내장된 구동실(122) 및 전선 수납실(140)등을 포함하는 진공청소기에 있어서, 상기 진공청소기 본체케이스(110)의 소정부분에 외부 통풍구(111a, 111b)를 형성시키고, 상기 구동실(122)과 전선수납실(140)을 분리시키는 분리벽(130)에 내부 통풍구(131a, 131b)를 형성시키며, 상기 외부 통풍구(111a, 111b)와 내부통풍구(131a, 131b)를 통해서 외부공기를 구동실(122)로 제공하도록 본체케이스(110) 내부 소정위치에 취부 브래캣(132, 134)의 체결부(132a, 134a)와 본체케이스(110)의 체결부(110a)에 냉각팬 전동기(136, 138)를 설치함을 특징으로 하는 주전동기 과열방지기능을 구비하는 진공청소기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부 통풍구(111a, 111b)는 냉각팬 전동기(111a, 111b)가 구동되는 동안에 원활한 공기흐름을 제공함과 동시에 외부물건과 팬날개를 분리보호하는 기능을 제공하도록 본체케이스(110)상에 다수의 작은 구멍으로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 주전동기 과열방지기능을 구비한 진공청소기
  3. 제1하에 있어서, 상기 제1, 2 냉각팬 전동기(136, 138)는 주전동기(126)가 구동되는 동안에 구동되도록 회로를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 주전동기 과열방지기능을 구비한 진공청소기.
