Abstract

본 발명은 잠수복이나, 계곡낚시용 낚시복 또는 습지작업용 작업복으로 사용되는 고무재 방수복에 관한 것으로, 종래의 방수복이 무겁고 착용감이 나쁘며, 악취가 나거나 곰팡이가 발생하는 등의 비위생적인 면을 개량하기 위해 안출된 것이다.
즉, 본 발명은 고무재 원단(1)과 외피부(3) 및 접착제(4)로 부착된 내피부(2)로 구성된 방수복지를 사용하여 방수복 제조시, 접착제(4)에 세라믹 파우다를 일정량 첨가하여 탈취 및 향균기능을 강화시키고, 고무재 원단(1)은 두께가 0.5∼2mm정도의 얇은 것을 사용하는 한편 고무재 원단의 이음부(5)를 미싱부(6)와 방수부(10)를 별도로 형성시켜 고수압에도 방수가될 수 있도록 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방수복에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 고무재 원단(1)과 외피부(3) 및 접착제(4)로 부착된 내피부(2)로 구성된 방수복지를 사용하여 제조되는 방수복에 있어서, 40℃에서의 원적외선 방사율이 80%이상이고 방사강도가 원적외선 영역에서 0.001∼0.18W/㎠/㎛인 세라믹 파우다를 접착제 총량의 0.1∼10wt% 첨가한 접착제를 사용하여 고무재 원단(1)과 내피부(2)를 부착하고, 방수복의 이음매부분에서는 고무재 원단(1)의 이음부(5)를 고정시키기 위해 미싱부(6)를 형성시킨 후 열가소성 수지를 주성분으로 하는 핫멜트형 접착제(7)와 폴리우레탄필름(8)과 트리코트지(9)로 구성되어 있는 0.2∼2mm두께의 방수테이프를 사용하여 된 방수부(10)를 형성시켜 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 고무재 방수복.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고무재 원단(1)은 두께가 0.5∼2mm사이에 있는 것을 사용한 것임을 특징으로 하는 방수복.
