방송국에서 성인용 방송 프로그램을 송신할 경우에 영상신호에 식별신호를 형성시켜 송신하고, 일반 방송 프로그램의 경우에는 식별신호를 형성시키지 않은 상태로 송신한 방송 프로그램을 수신하는 텔레비젼에 있어서, 수신된 방송 프로그램의 음성신호를 처리하여 출력하는 음성처리부(2)와; 상기 음성처리부(2)를 통해 출력된 음성신호를 재생하는 스피커(4); 수신된 방송 프로그램의 영상신호를 처리하여 R, G, B 형태의 영상신호로 출력하는 영상처리부(6); ID카드를 판동하여 ID번호를 입력하는 ID카드판독부(8); 수신된 방송 프로그램의 영상신호로부터 식별신호와 날짜 및 방송 프로그램의 코드번호를 검출하여 출력하는 검출부(10); 수신된 방송 프로그램의 날짜 및 코드번호가 저장되는 메모리(11); 상기 검출부(10)에서 출력된 코드번호가 메모리(11)에 저장된 코드번호와 동일하지 않음과 더불어 상기 검출부(10)에서 식별신호가 출력되면 상기 음성처리부(2) 및 영상처리부(6)를 정지시킨 다음 ID번호를 입력하라는 자막신호를 출력하는 한편, 상기 ID카드판독부(8)를 통해 입력된 ID번호가 정확하면 해당 방송 프로그램이 종료할 때까지 상기 음성처리부(2) 및 영상처리부(6)를 다시 동작시키고, ID번호가 틀리면 파워를 오프시키는 제어부(12); 상기 제어부(12)에서 출력된 자막신호를 입력받아 R, G, B 형태의 문자신호로 출력하는 OSD구동부(14); 상기 OSD구동부(14)에서 출력된 R, G, B 형태의 문자신호 및 상기 영상처리부(6)에서 출력된 R, G, B 형태의 영상신호를 조합하여 출력하는 영상출력부(16) 및; 상기 영상출력부(16)에서 출력된 신호를 디스플레이하는 수상관(18)을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 성인용 방송 프로그램 시청 방지 기능을 가지는 텔레비젼.In a television station for transmitting an adult broadcast program by forming an identification signal in a video signal, and in the case of a general broadcast program, a television program that receives a broadcast program without transmitting an identification signal is received.
