Abstract

A method for manufacturing a mirror used in a projection type of image signal display system is disclosed. First, a dividing layer is established on the surface of a plate(21) and an adhesive material is coated thereon. And then, an upper surface of the adhesives and towers of AMA(Actuated Mirror Arrays) are attached. Thereafter, the adhesive material is hardened by an infrared light so as to limit the size of the adhesive layer. And then, the dividing layer and the adhesive material which is not hardened are removed to separate the plate. Finally, a metal layer is coated on the surface of the adhesive layer.
