Abstract
본 발명은 다이아몬드 기재상에 중착된 박막 저항층에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라서, 다이아몬드 기재에 대해 금속의 개선된 접착력을 갖고 바람직하게는 낮은 온도저항 계수를 갖는 니켈-크롬-탄소합금이 형성된다.

Claims (5)
- a) 다이아몬드 기재; 및 b) 상기 다이아몬드 기재상에 접착되는, 탄소가 확산된 중착된 금속층을 포함하는 저항층(이때, 이러한 저항층은 10ppm/0K 미만의 온도 저항 계수 및 700㎏/㎠ 이상의 상기 다이아몬드와의 접착력을 나타낸다)을 포함하는 저항요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속층이 약 60 내지 90중량%의 니켈 및 그나머지량의 크롬을 포함하는 저항요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속층이 패턴을 갖는 저항요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다이아몬드 기재가 다결정성 다이아몬드를 포함하는 저항요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다이아몬드 기재가 화학적으로 중착된 다이아몬드를 포함하는 저항요소.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
