Abstract

본 발명은 냉온풍기 온풍시스템의 연소장치에 관한 것으로서, 드레프트튜브에 가이드판을 일체로 형성하여 조립작업시 상기 가이드판을 고정하는 작업을 행하지 않아도 되도록 함에 따라 작업성이 향상되도록 함은 물론 상기 가이드판에는 가이드편 외에 복수개의 보조가이드편을 형성하여 연료가 공기에 실려 상기 가이드판에 안내된 다음 보조가이드편에 다시 안내되어 이중 선회되면서 연소실로 분사되도록 함에 따라 상기 연료와 공기의 믹싱효율 증대에 의한 미연가스 및 그으름의 발생을 줄임과 함께 연소실 후단에서의 압력강하 방지에 의해 화염의 길이가 짧아지면서 화염폭도 상대적으로 좁아지도록 함에 따라 연소실의 과열방지에 의해 상기 연소실의 수명이 연장되면서 안전사고의 위험성도 미연에 방지되도록 한 것이다.
이를 위해 본 발명은 드레프트튜브(7)에 가이드판(9)을 일체로 형성하고, 상기 가이드판에는 일측으로 기울어진 복수개의 가이드편(13)과 함께 상기 다른 일측으로 기울어진 복수개의 보조가이드편(14)을 이중으로 형성하여서 된 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 드레프트튜브에 가이드판을 일체로 형성하고, 상기 가이드판에는 일측으로 기울어진 복수개의 가이드편과 함께 다른 일측으로 기울어진 복수개의 보조가이드편을 이중으로 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 냉온풍기 온풍시스템의 연소장치.
