Abstract
본 발명은 자동차의 엔진후드(Hood)나 트렁크의 개폐를 용이하도록 하기 위해 사용된 가스 스프링에 관한 것으로, 종래의 가스 스프링에서는 쿠페타입과 같은 트렁크의 열림각도가 낮은 차량에 웨곤과 같은 트렁크 열림 각도가 큰 차량의 가스스프링을 그대로 사용할 경우, 피스톤 로드 최대신장시에 피스톤이 오일에 완전히 잠기지 않게 되므로, 윤활작용이 제대로 이루어지지 않아 개문동작시 충격이 발생되는 문제점이 있었으나, 본 발명에서는 저장튜브 내측의 피스톤로드상에 신축성 재질의 범퍼를 결함하여, 피스톤포드 최대신상시 피스톤과 저장튜브 상면 사이에 충격을 흡수토록하여 항상 부드러운 개문동작이 이루어지도록 하였다.The present invention relates to a gas spring used to facilitate opening and closing of an engine hood or trunk of an automobile.
