Abstract
본 발명은 밸브내장형 실린더헤드의 가공방법에 관한 것으로, 종래의 밸브내장형 실린더헤드에 있어서 밸브시이트면의 가공기준면이 소결형성되어 다듬어지지 않은 상태의 거친 밸브고정면이어서 밸브시이트면의 가공이 이루어지더라도 배출밸브와 밸브시이트면 사이에서 누설이 발생되어 압축기의 효율이 떨어지는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명은 소결 형성된 실린더헤드(1)의 밸브고정면(8)을 정밀하게 다듬어 가공하는 단계와, 상기와 같이 가공된 밸브고정면(8)을 가공기준면으로 하여 밸브시이트면(5)을 정밀하게 다듬어 상기 밸브고정면(8)과 동일높이에 있도록 가공하는 단계로 구성된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 배출밸브와 밸브시이트면의 사이에서 고압의 냉매가스가 역류되는 현상이 배제되어 압축기의 효율이 크게 향상되는 이점이 있다.The present invention relates to a processing method of a valve-embedded cylinder head, and in the conventional valve-embedded cylinder head, a processing reference surface of the valve seat surface is sintered to form a rough valve fixed surface, so that the valve seat surface is processed.
