Abstract
축방향 루트를 갖는 가동 블레이드를 터보머신의 회전자의 대응하는 축방향 홈 내에 설치하는 가동 블레이드 장착 장치 및 방법에 있어서, 장착 장치(6)는, 가동 블레이드의 축방향 루트에 대응하는 하나 이상의 축방향홈(11b)을 가진 반경방향 외측 두부(8)와, 회전자를 둘러싸는 홈 내에 설치되는 반경방향 내측 기부(7)를 포함한다.

제1도는 가스 터빈 회전자의 부분 단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 부분단면도에서 가스 터빈 회전자의 가동 블레이드 열(row)의 일부를 전개시킨 도면, 제3도는 장착 장치의 횡단면도, 제4도는 가스 터빈 회전자의 부분 종단면도, 제5도는 장착 장치용 부속물을 가진 터빈 회전자의 부분 종단면도.
Claims (5)
- 축방향 루트(1A)를 갖는 가동 블레이드(1)를 터보머신의 회전자(10)의 대응하는 축방향 홈(11a)내에 설치하는 장착 장치(6)에 있어서, 상기 장착 장치(6)는, 가동 블레이드의 축방향 루트(1A)에 대응하는 하나 이상의 축방향 홈(11b)을 가진 반경방향 외측 두부(8)와, 회전자(10)를 둘러싸는 홈(12a,12b)내에 끼워지는 반경 방향 내측 기부(7)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 블레이드 장착 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장착 장치(6)는 서로 연결되는 하나 이상이 두부 및 기부(30,31)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 블레이드 장착 장치.
- 가동 블레이드(1)를 장착 장치(6)내에 삽입하고, 가동 블레이드 열(R)의 상기 가동 블레이드(1)를 상기 장착 장치(6)에 의해 연속하여 주변홈(12a,12b)내에 반경방향으로 끼우며, 모든 상기 가동 블레이드(1)를 상기 장착 장치(6)에 의해 회전자(10)의 축방향 홈(11a)내에 함께 삽입하며, 상기 장착 장치(6)를 주변홈(12a,12b)으로부터 제거하는 단계들로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 장치를 이용한 가동 블레이드 장착 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 장착 장치(6)는 상기 회전자(10)에 형성된 주변홈(12a)내에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 블레이드 장착 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 주변홈(12b)을 가진 부속물(21)이 상기 회전자(10)에 설치되고, 상기 가동 블레이드(1)가 설치된 후 이 부속물(21)은 다시 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동 블레이드 장착 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
