Abstract
본 발명은 초기 비등점이 100℃ 이상이고 10중량% 이상의 방향족 화합물을 함유하는 공급원료내의 방향족 화합물을 수소첨가하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 200∼450℃의 온도에서, 1MPa 내지 25MPa의 압력하에, 0.1-10h-1의 HSV 및 수소/공급원료 부피비 100∼2,000을 사용하여, 상기 공급원료에 대하여 0.5∼500 중량 ppm의 농도로 염소를 주입하는 것으로 구성된다. 사용되는 촉매는 귀금속 유형의 촉매이며 하나 이상의 할로겐 1중량% 이상을 함유한다.

Claims (10)
- 초기 비등점이 100℃ 이상이고 10중량5 이상의 방향족 화합물을 함유하는 공급원료내의 방향족 화합물을 수소첨가하기 위한 방법으로서, 하나 이상의 귀금속을 주성분으로 하며 하나 이상의 할로겐 1중량%이상을 함유하는 지지된 촉매의 존재하에, 200∼450℃의 온도에서, 1∼25MPa의 압력하에, 0.1∼10h-1의 HSV 및 수소/공급원료 부피비 100∼2,000을 사용하여, 수소 첨가반응 영역내로 상기 공급원료에 대하여 0.5∼500중량 ppm의 농도하에 주입된 염소의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급원료가 5∼2,000중량 ppm의 황을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공급원료가 50∼800중량 ppm의 황을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공급원료내의 방향족 화합물이 2∼6개의 방향족 고리를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공급원료의 초기 비등점이 200℃ 이상인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공급원료가 대기 가스유 또는 진공 증류물인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디클로로메탄, 트리클로로메탄, 디클로로에탄, 트리클로로에탄, 테트라클로로에틸렌, 헥사클로로에탄, 및 클로로포름으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 염소화된 유기 화합물을 주입하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공급원료내로 염소를 주입하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 염소화 및 플루오르화된 지지체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 염소화 및 플루오르화된 알루미나상에 부착된 백금을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
