Abstract

본 발명은 샌드페이퍼 절단장치에 관한 것으로, 샌드페이퍼(3)를 끼워서 고정시킬 수 있도록 고정핀(2)을 갖춘 지그(1)와, 이 지그(1)위에 고정된 샌드페이퍼(3)과 직접 접촉해서 샌드페이퍼(3)를 절단하는 절단커터(5) 및, 이절단커터(5)를 회전구동시키는 회전구동수단 갖춘 구조로 되어, 샌드페이퍼(3)의 마모된 부위를 현장에서 직접 간편하게 절단하여 샌드페이퍼를 재사용할 수 있도록 된 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 샌드페이퍼 절단장치의 측면도이고, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 절단커터의 사시도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 샌드페이퍼(3)를 끼워서 고정시킬 수 있도록 고정핀(2)을 갖춘 지그(1)와, 이 지그(1)위에 고정된 샌드페이퍼(3)과 직접 접촉해서 샌드페이퍼(3)를 절단하는 절단커터(5) 및, 이절단커터(5)를 회전구동시키는 회전구동수단 갖춘 구조로 된 샌드페이퍼 절단장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지그(1)에 끼워진 샌드페이퍼(3)를 눌러서 고정시키는 누름쇠(4)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드페이퍼 절단장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 상기 절단커터(5)를 회전구동시키는 회전구동수단이 에어건(5)으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드페이퍼 절단장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 절단커터(5)가+자형상을 이루는 지지판(5a)의 각 아암(5b)의 끝부위에 절단날(5c)이 부착됨과 더불어 중앙에는 상기 에어건(6)에 끼워지는 축(5d)이 일체로 돌출된 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드페이퍼 절단장치.
