Abstract
본 발명은 턴디쉬내에서의 충분한 용강의 버블링을 발생시켜 고품질의 청정강을 제조할 수 있게 하는 제강용 턴디쉬의 스토퍼를 제공하기 위하여 레이들에 의해 턴디쉬로 이송된 용강이 용강유출구를 통해 적절한 주입류의 제어상태로 몰드에 주입될 수 있도록 컨트롤러에 의해 용강유출구를 개폐하며, 외부튜브로부터 공급되는 알곤가스가 유입될 수 있는 중공을 형성한 제강용 턴디쉬의 스토퍼에 있어서, 상기 외부튜브를 통한 알곤가스의 유통량을 증대시키기 위해 그 하부에 다공성 내화물을 장착한 스토퍼의 중공에 직교 상태로 연통되는 다수의 버블링홀을 형성하여 됨을 특징으로 한다.The present invention provides a molten steel outlet which is transferred to a tundish by a ladle in order to provide a stopper of a steelmaking tundish that generates bubbling of sufficient molten steel in the tundish to produce high quality clean steel.
