Abstract

본 발명은 식물을 재배하기 위한 용토 등의 혼합물을 지면에 깔기 위한 용토 산포장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 목질 바크와 비료, 잔디씨 등의 혼합물을 지면에 균일하게 깔기 위한 용토 혼합/산포 장치에 관한 것이다. 이 장치는, 전방 롤러, 후방 롤러, 혼합물을 받아서 배출하는 호퍼, 및 안내롤러를 포함하는 혼합물 산포수단, 상기 혼합물 산포수단을 견인하고 승강시키기 위한 견인수단, 및 상기 혼합물의 재료를 각각 분배하는 복수의 분배기, 상기 혼합물의 재료들이 모이는 수평이송기, 상기 수평이송기에 연결되어 소정 각도로 기울어진 경사이송기, 및 상기 수평이송기와 경사이송기 내부에서 회전가능한 스크루를 포함하는 혼합수단을 포함하는 용토 혼합/산포장치에 있어서, 상기 산포수단의 승강이동은 상기 견인수단의 동력원을 이용해서 이루어지고, 상기 수평이송기에 모인 혼합물의 재료들은 내부의 스크루를 통해 상기 경사이송기로 운반되고, 상기 경사이송기로 이송된 혼합물들은 그 내부의 스크루에 의해 상승하면서 골고루 혼합되어 산포수단의 호퍼로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 전방 롤러, 후방 롤러, 혼합물을 받아서 배출하는 호퍼, 및 안내롤러를 포함하는 혼합물 산포수단, 상기 혼합물 산포수단을 견인하고 승강시키기 위한 견인수단, 및 상기 혼합물의 재료를 각각 분배하는 복수의 분배기, 상기 혼합물의 재료들을 모으는 수평이송기, 및 상기 수평이송기에 연결되어 소정 각도로 기울어진 경사이송기를 포함하고 상기 견인수단을 적재함 하부에 용토 주재료를 후방으로 이송하기 위한 콘베이어 및 낙하용토 주재료의 양을 조절하기 위한 게이트를 갖고, 상기 산포수단의 승강이동은 상기 견인수단의 동력원을 이용해서 이루어지고, 상기 경사이송기로 이송된 혼합물들은 그 내부의 스크루에 의해 상승하면서 골고루 혼합되어 산포수단의 호퍼로 배출되는 용토 혼합/산포 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산포수단에서 상기 전방 롤러와 후방 롤러 사이에 배치되고 원주면상에 다수의 침이 달린 천공용 롤러가 배치된 용토 혼합/산포 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용토 산포수단은 전방 롤러와 후방 롤러의 회전력을 호퍼 내부로 전달하기 위해 다수의 스프로켓과 체인으로 구성된 동력전달기구를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용토 혼합/산포 장치.
