Abstract
본 발명은 특정 세포의 매트릭스 단백질과 이 단백질의 사용방법 그리고 이들 단백질이 피복된 모양을 갖춘 물품에 대해 상술하고 있는데 이때 모양을 갖춘 물품위에서 생장한 세포에서 세포흡착과 헤미데스모좀 형성을 자극하고, 태아췌장 섬 세포 전구체를 포함하는 매트릭스에서 생장한 엔도크린 세포 전구체들은 생물학적 기능과 분화를 유지한다.

Claims (34)
- 생체내에 포유류에 사용하기에 적합한 생체 적응성 있는 모양의 물건과 상기 모양을 갖춘 물건에 헤미데스모좀 형상을 실행하는 단백질 조성물로 구성된 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단백질 조성물이 상피기원의 종양세포주에 의해 침전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 종양세포주는 쥐 암육종세포주 804G인 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 종양세포주는 쥐 방광 암세포주 NBTII인 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단백질 조성물에는 세포주 804G에 의해 침전된 세포의 매트릭스의 약 100KD, 135KD, 140KD, 150KD, 400KD 단백질로 구성된 것중 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 쉬트형으로 매트릭스에 배양된 상피세포를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 콜라겐, 재생콜라겐 또는 폴리라틱산으로 물품을 피복하는 것으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물품은 생체적응성 있는 물질로 만들어지거나 또는 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 금속은 스테인레스 스틸 또는 티타늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물품은 세라믹 물질로 만들어지거나 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 세라믹물질로 하이드록시아파타이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물품은 합성 고분자로 만들어지거나 또는 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제12항에 있어서, 고분자는 폴리에스테르 또는 나일론인 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 포유류 세포를 성장시키는데 사용되는 조성물의 구성에 있어서 : 포유류 세포의 매트릭스 단백질; 이때 단백질은 이 단백질에 세포가 접촉하는 경우에 헤미데스모좀 형성을 촉진시키는 능력을 가지고; 그리고 제약학적 수용가능한 담체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 실제 분리된 형태로 세포주 804G에 의해 침전되는 하나이상의 단백질성 세포의 매트릭스 단백질.
- SEQ IN NO : 1를 포함하고 배양된 상피세포에 헤미데스모좀 형성을 실행시킬 수 있는 능력을 가지는 150KD 단백질을 기본 구성으로 하는 분리된 형의 폴리펩티드.
- 동종이식편 이용을 위한 피부를 만드는 방법에 잇어서 : 제1항에 따른 물품 위에 상피세포를 배양하고; 그리고 피부 성장 촉진조건하에 세포를 배양시키는 것으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 표적표면에 상피세포 흡착을 증가시키는 방법에 있어서 : 세포주 804G에 의해 침전되는 약 100KD, 135KD, 140KD, 150KD, 400KD 단백질중 하나로 표면을 복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 세포는 치근막 세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 세포흡착은 생체외에서 일어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 세포흡착은 생체내외서 일어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 엔도크린 전구체 세포를 생장시키는 방법에 있어서, 세포의 강화된 성장을 촉진시킬 수 있는 804G 매트릭스 단백질 존재하에 엔도크린 전구체 세포를 배양하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 엔드크린 전구체 세포는 췌장 섬 세포 전구체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 배양단계전에 : 태아 췌장을 효소적으로 절단하고; 섬형 세포 응집체가 형성될때까지 세포배양 배지에서 절단된 웨장을 배양하는 단계가 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
