Abstract

청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야 본 발명은 VA균근자포자를 장기간에 걸쳐 상온에서 활성을 유지한채로 안정적으로 보존할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.
발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제 본 발명은 간단하고 또한 값싼방법으로 VA균근균포자를 장기간에 걸쳐 상온에서 활성을 유지한채로 안정적으로 보존할 수 있는 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것이다.
발명의 해결방법의 요지 VA균근균의 포자를 보존함에 있어서, 보존용담체로서 입자직경이 2㎜미만으로서 적어도 소성애터펄자이트(attapulgite) 및 소성몬모릴로나이트(montmorillonite)중에서 어느것 하나를 주성분으로서 함유하는 담체를 사용하고, 또한 상기한 보존용담체 및 포자로된 VA균근균제제중의 수분함량을 5~30중량%의 범위에 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 VA균근균포자의 보존방법이다.
본 발명은 농업이나 원예등의 분야에서 VA(Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhiz-ae)균근균포자의 보전방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. VA균근균의 포자를 보존함에 있어서, 보존용담체로서 입자직경이 2㎜ 미만으로서 적어도 소성에터펄자이트(attapulgite) 및 소성몬모릴로나이트(montmorillon-ite) 중에서 어느것 하나를 주성분으로서 함유하는 담체를 사용하고, 또한 상기한 보존용담체 및 포자로된 VA균근균제제중의 수분함량을 5~30중량%의 범위에 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 VA균근균포자의 보존방법.
  2. VA균근균의 포자를 보존함에 있어서, 보존용담체로서 입자직경이 2㎜미만으로서 적어도 소성애터펄자이트 및 소성몬모릴로나이트중에서 어느것 하나를 주성분으로서 함유하는 담체를 사용하고, 또한 상기한 보존용 담체 및 포자로된 VA균근균제제를 산소농도가 20용적% 미만의 분위기하에서 보존하는 것을 특징으로 하는 VA균근균포자의 보존방법.
