Abstract
본 발명은 전자레인지의 자동조리시 조리시간을 보다 정확하게 설정하는 기술에 관한 것으로, 종래의 전자레인지에 있어서는 전자레인지의 연속동작에 의해 가열실에 잔류열기가 남아 있는 경우 미리 정해진 온도에 도달되는 센싱시간(t)이 길어지게 되고, 이로 인하여 음식물이 너무 익거나 타버리게 되는 문제점이 있고, 또한, 가열실이 충분히 식은 상태에서 조리를 할 경우 곧바로 가열을 시작해도 별다른 문제점이 없음에도 불구하고 미리 설정된 불필요한 송풍시간 때문에 조리시간이 길어지게 되는 결함이 있었는 바, 본 발명은 이를 해결하기 위하여, 가열실의 분위기온도신호(S2)를 기 설정된 기준레벨(Va)과 비교하여 같거나 작을 경우 초기 송풍시간(ft)을 별도로 설정하지 않고, 그렇지 않을 경우 그 송풍시간(ft)을연장시켜 연속요리모드에서 1차 가열시간이 단일 요리모드와 동일하게 설정되도록 하고, 증기열신호(S3)를 기 설정된 검출레벨(Vth)과 비교하여 그 검출레벨(Vth) 보다 작으면 계속해서 마그네트론(13)을 구동시키고, 크거나 같으면 추가 가열시간을 계산하여 그 추가 가열시간동안 마그네트론 및 팬모터를 구동시키도록 하였다.The present invention relates to a technique for more precisely setting a cooking time during automatic cooking of a microwave oven.
