Abstract
본 발명은 건물에 설치된 유리창의 색상을 임의선택으로 변경시킬 수 있는 유색염료를 이용한 유리창의 색상변화방법과그 장치에 관한 것으로, 유리창의 색상을 임의로 변경시킬 수 있게 하기 위하여 첫째; 유리창의 내부가 중공부가 형성된 것이라야 하므로 유리창 제조시 중공부가 형성되게 하거나 또는 기존의 페어그라스를 이용하되 그 중간부를 진공상태로 유지시키지 않고 상부가 개방된 상태 즉, 공기가 유동될 수 있도록 하는 방법을채택할 수도 있으며, 둘째; 이중 유리창의 중공부로 여러 가지의 유색염료를 선택적으로 주입할 수 있는 염료주입장치를 필요로 하는데, 이는이중 유리창을 붙잡아주는 창틀에 장착시킬 수 있도록 구성함이 가장 바람직한 방법이며, 또 염료펌프수단은 각 염료통에저장된 염료를 선택적으로 공급하는 펌핑작동과 이중 유리창의 중공부에 주입된 염료를 회수하는 펌핑작동을 할 수 있는구조를 가져야 하고, 셋째; 이중 유리창의 내부 상단과 하단에 염료의 충진상태와 빈 상태를 감지하여 염료펌프수단의 가동을 정지시키는 감지스위치를 내장시켜주는 구성을 구비하므로서 이중 유리창의 중공부에 기 충진된 유색 염료를 회수한 다음 원하는 색상의유색염료를 공급, 충진시키는 방법으로 유리창의 색상을 임의 선택할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for changing the color of a glass window using colored dye which can change the color of the glass window installed in the building at random.
