본 발명은 새로운 음이온 중합개시제를 적용한 타이어 트레드용 스티렌-부타디엔 고무(이하, SBR이라 한다)의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 중합개시제로서 소듐 나프탈리드(Sodium naphthalide), 디리튬디아미드계 중합개시제 또는 리디튬디에테르계 중합개시제를 사용하여 중합시켜 생성된 폴리머 체인 양쪽의 활성 음이온 말단을 커플링(Coupling)제나 유기 캡핑(Capping)제와 반응시켜 폴리머 체인의 양쪽 말단이 주석 커플링된 용액중합 SBR을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for producing styrene-butadiene rubber (hereinafter referred to as SBR) for tire treads to which a novel anionic polymerization initiator is applied, and more specifically, sodium naphthalide and dilithium diamide as polymerization initiators.
