Abstract

살생물제와 수용성 유기 티올화합물을 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 수생생물에 독성인 살생물제를 해독하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의한 방법은 주로 살생물제를 포함하는 살생물제 스필 혹은 산업유출물에 적용되며, 반드시 자연 환경으로 배출되기전에 해독되어야 하며, 광루미네슨스 박테리아 분석하여야 한다. 용구 또한 개시된다.

Claims (11)

  1. 살생물제와 살생물제 해독에 효과적인 양의 수용성 유기 티올화합물을 효과적인 기간동안 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 수생생물에 대하여 독성인 살생물제의 해독방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 살생물제는 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온; 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온; 4. 5-디클로로-2-n-옥틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온; 2-n-옥틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온; 메틸렌비스티오시아네이트; 2, 2-디브로모-3-니트릴로프로피온아미드; 브로모클로로디메틸히단토인; 글루타르알데히드; 하이포아부롬산, 하이포아염소산, 하이포염소산염; 1, 4-비스(브로마아세톡시)-2-부텐; 4, 5-디클로로-1, 1-이티아시크로펜텐- 3 온; 및 2-브로모-2-니트로프로판-1,3-디올로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 티올화합물은 시스테인; 시스테인 하이드로할라이드염; 메르캅토에탄올; 메르캅토프로피온산; 및 메틸메르캅토프로피온산염으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 1항에 있어서, 상기 상생물제는 최소 50중량%의 물을 포함하는 산업유출물에 존재하며, 상기 살생물제를 해독하는데 효과적인 티올화합물의 양은 산업유출물의 중량을 기준으로 0.1∼10ppm이며, 상기 양 및 효과적인 기간은 상기 유출물을 해독하는데 충분하여 광루미네슨스박테리아 분석으로 측정하는 경우 상기 유출물이 비독성임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 4항에 있어서, 상기 광루미네슨스 박테리아 분석은 비브리오 속(屬)의 발광균을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 4항에 있어서, 상기 티올 화합물의 효과적인 양은 상기 티올을 첨가하기 전의 상기 유출물중 살생물제 1중량부 당 1∼2중량부임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 4항에 있어서, 상기 효과적인 기간은 5분∼4시간임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 4항에 있어서, 상기 산업유출물은 냉각탑, 공기 세척기, 페이러 밀, 펄프 밀, 금속가공유 제조 및 사용, 라텍스 제조 및 사용, 유정 시추유 제조 및 사용, 연료 앙금, 전기코팅 공정. 화장품제조, 및 가정용 혹은 소비제 제조등에서 유출됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 4항에 있어서, 상기 유출물은 배출되기 전에 냉각탑에서 상기 티올화합물과 접촉되거나 혹은 유출물이 먼저 별도의 용기 혹은 콘테이너로 제거된 후 상기 티올화합물과 상기 별도의 용기 혹은 콘테이너에서 접촉됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 4항에 있어서, 상기 산업유출물은 수처리공정에서 유출되는 것이며, 상기 티올은 시스테인이며, 기간은 5분∼1시간, 효과적인 양은 유출물의 중량을 기준으로 1∼10ppm이며, 상기 살생물제는 5-크로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온;과 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 플라스틱 혹은 플라스틱으로 안을댄 용기, 비활성 흡착제, 스필 필로우 및 장갑 한쌍을 포함하는 용구.
