Abstract

박판을 흡착하는 흡착노즐이 개선된 박판부품 이재장치에 관한 것으로, 부품의 크기와 무게에 따라 흡착패드를 교체해야 하는 불편한 문제점을 제거하고, 박판부품의 무게중심 부분에 구멍이 있을 경우에도 흡착할 수 있도록 하고, 박판부품의 면적이 넓을 경우에도 박판부품의 모서리 부분이 휘지않도록 할 수 있는 박판부품 이재장치를 제공하기 위하여, 4개의 흡착노즐을 각각 움직일 수 있도록 스크류축, 가이드축, 이동체 등을 사용 하였다.

Claims (3)

  1. 적어도 하나의 제1가이드축과, 상기 제1가이드축과 나란하게 설치된 적어도 하나의 제1스크류축과, 상기 제1가이드축과 제1스크류축에 설치되어 제1스크류축의 회전에 따라 축 방향으로 이동하는 적어도 하나의 제1이동체와, 상기 제1가이드축과 교차된 적어도 하나의 제2가이드축과, 상기 제2가이드축과 나란하게 설치된 적어도 하나의 제2스크류축과, 상기 제2가이드축에 고정되고 제2스크류축에 회동가능하게 설치되며 상기 제1이동체에 고정된 연결수단과, 상기 제2가이드축과 제2스크류축에 설치되어 제2스크류축의 회전에 따라 축 방향으로 이동하는 적어도 하나의 제2이동체와, 상기 제2이동체에 각각 고정되어 물체를 흡착하는 흡착수단과, 상기 제1, 2스크류축을 회전하는 회전수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한 박판부품 이재장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1스크류축 및 / 또는 2스크축의 일측과 타측에 형성된 나사산의 방향이 반대인 것을 특징으로 한 박판부품 이재장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡착수단이 상기 제2이동체에 고정되어 일측에 흡착패드가 고정되며 타측에 진공호스가 설치되 흡착노즐을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한 박판부품 이재장치.
