이러한 본 발명은 냉장실 상부의 온도인 제1온도와 냉장실 하부의 온도인 제2온도를 검출하고, 냉장실 팬의 구동을 오프시킨 상태에서 제2온도와 과냉 방지를 위해 설정된 제1기준 온도와를 비교하여 제2온도가 제1기준온도 보다 작을 경우 제1온도와 제2온도의 차온도와 냉장실 과냉 방지를 위해 설정된 제2기준온도와를 재배교하고 차온도가 제2기준오도보다 클 경우 냉기 출구의 막힘 또는 냉장실 상부에 부하 투입으로 판단을 하여 제2온도로 냉장실 팬을 제어하여 제상을 행하고, 제상후에는 제1온도로 냉장실 팬을 제어하게 되는 것이다.The present invention detects the first temperature, which is the temperature of the upper part of the refrigerating compartment, and the second temperature, which is the temperature of the lower part of the refrigerating compartment, and compares the second temperature with the first reference temperature set for preventing overcooling while the refrigerating compartment fan is turned off.
