Abstract

메타놀에 메타놀의 증발 억제재로서 구리세린 결합제로서 메칠셀루로스, 점화제로서 니트로셀루로스를 첨가한 용액을 톱밥, 설탕분말, 밀가루의 혼합물에 혼화시키므로서 메타놀, 구리세린 및 니트로셀루로스의 용액을 톱밥조직내에 깊히 침투시키고 설탕분말, 밀가루, 메칠셀루로스를 톱밥표면에 첨착시키므로서 성형을 위한 접착력을 갖게함과 동시에 연소시에 단맛, 구수한맛, 목재특유의 향을 구워진 육류에 부여하고는 고형연료탄에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 중량비로 메타놀 80부에 구리세린 10부, 메칠셀루로스 10부, 니트로셀루로스 2부를 용해시킨 메타놀용액에 톱밥 70부, 설탕분말 15부, 밀가루 15부의 균질혼합물을 첨가시켜 혼화시키므로서 메타놀용액을 고형물에 충분히 분산침투시켜 얻어진 반 고형물을 진공상태에서 압출한 성형한 후 경화시킴을 특징으로 하는 고형연료탄의 제조방법.
