Abstract
본 발명은 폴리우레탄 발포 매트재에 관한 발명이며, 특히 폴리우레탄 발포재의 탄성회복 속도를 완속화하고 감촉, 냄새, 내유성, 내광성, 변색방지 특성을 개선함을 특징으로 하는 것으로, 폴리올(OH Value 250∼270) 100중량부, 물 1∼3중량부, 1,4디아조(2,2,2)바이사이클옥탄 0.5∼1.5중량부, 계면활성제(Surfactant) 1∼2중량부, 이소시아네이트(Isocyanate) 60∼40중량부를 발포시켜서 되는 폴리우레탄 완속회복 매트재, 또는 폴리올 100중량부에 대하여 안료 50∼100중량부, 변색방지제 2∼5중량부를 첨가하여 내 변색 및 내 탈색 특성을 가지게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 완속회복 매트재, 또는 우레탄 Prepolymer 100중량부, 안료 50∼200중량부, 변색방지제 2∼5중량부, 희석제 100∼200중량부로 되는 코팅제를 코팅한 금형내에 완속회복 매트재 조성물을 발포 가교시켜 코팅제가 발포체 외면에 전착되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 내수특성을 향상시킨 폴리우레탄 완속회복 발포체 매트재임.The present invention relates to a polyurethane foam mat material, and in particular, to slow down the elastic recovery speed of the polyurethane foam and improve the feel, odor, oil resistance, light resistance, discoloration resistance, polyol (OH Value 250 270) 100 parts by weight, 1 to 3 parts by weight of water, 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of 1,4 diazo (2,2,2) bicycleoctane, 1 to 2 parts by weight of surfactant (Isocyanate) 50 to 100 parts by weight of pigment and 2 to 5 parts by weight of anti-discoloration agent are added to the polyurethane slow recovery mat material or 60 to 40 parts by weight of foam to obtain a color change resistance and discoloration resistance. Crosslinked Polyurethane slow recovery foam mat material with improved water resistance, characterized in that the coating is electrodeposited on the outer surface of the foam.
