Abstract

본 발명은 로얄젤리와 히드로코르티손을 유효성분으로 하는 피부질환 치료용 외용크림제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 종래 로얄젤리와 히드로코르티손 함유 피부질환 치료용 약제조성에 기재, 유화제 및 안정화제를 달리함으로써 경시변화에 따른 제제의 성상 및 함량 등의 안정성을 최대한 확보할 수 있는 피부질환 치료용 외용크림제 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 로얄젤리와 히드로코르티손을 유효성분으로 하는 약제조성물에 있어서, 이 유효성분에 기제로서 밀납과 폴리에틸렌글리콜 8의 에스테르 화합물 4∼7중량%, 결정성 셀룰로오즈 0.1∼1.0중량%, 잔탄검 0.1∼1.0중량%, 스테아릴알코올 4∼7중량%, 경질유동파라핀 3∼6중량%, 미리스틴산옥틸도데실 4∼8중량% 및 시메치콘 0.1∼1.0중량%와, 유화제로서 콜로이달실리콘디옥사이드 0.1∼1.0중량%, 모노스테아린산폴리에틸렌글리콜 1.0∼3.0중량%, 스테아린산글리세린과 스테아린산폴리옥실 100의 혼합물 0.1∼2.0중량% 및 안정화제로서 에데트산나트륨 0.05∼0.15중량%, 부틸레이티드히드록시아나솔 0.01∼0.1중량%, 부틸레이티드히드록시톨루엔 0.01∼0.1중량%, 시클로덱스트린액 0.1∼2.0중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 로얄젤리와 히드로코르티손을 유효성분으로 하는 피부질환 치료용 외용크림제 조성물.
