Abstract
본 발명은 과실의 후숙촉진용 에틸렌 발생제 및 그를 이용한 과실의 후숙촉진 방법에 관한 것이다. 좀 더 구체적으로, 본 발명은 2-클로로에틸 포스폰산(2-chloroethyl phosphonic acid)을 흡수성 물질에 흡수시켜 반고체화한 에틸렌 발생원과 염기성 물질로 이루어진 에틸렌 발생제 및 전기한 에틸렌 발생제를 이용하여 간편하게 과실의 후숙을 촉진할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 에틸렌 발생제는 2-클로로에틸 포스폰산이 흡수성 물질에 흡수된 반고체 상태의 에틸렌 발생원; 및, 전기한 에틸렌 발생원과 혼합되어 2-클로로에틸포스폰산으로부터 에틸렌을 발생하게 하는 염기성 물질을 포함한다. 본 발명에서는 미숙과를 밀폐용기에 넣고 본 발명의 에틸렌 발생제를 밀폐용기 내에 투입하여 과실의 후숙을 촉진시킨다. 본 발명의 에틸렌 발생제는 반고체상의 형태를 지녀 과실의 후숙처리시 취급이 용이하고 단시간에 후숙처리작업을 할 수 있으며, 과실에 잔류물질을 잔류시키지 않으면서도 과실의 후숙속도 및 후숙정도를 조절할 수 있는다는 것이 확인되었다. 또한, 본 발명의 에틸렌 발생제는 과실의 유통 및 보존 등 장기간에 걸쳐 후숙의 진행이 요구되는 환경하에서도 효과적으로 사용할 수 있다는 것이 밝혀졌다.The present invention relates to an ethylene generator for promoting ripening of fruits and a method for promoting ripening of fruits using the same.
