Abstract
다수의 전압을 갖는 신호를 측정하기 위해서, 다수의 신호를 소정전압 이상의 고압 신호와 그 이하의 전압신호로 구분하고, 다수의 채널을 통해 고압신호 스위칭부 및 저압신호 스위칭부에 인가하고, 그 내부에 구비된 릴레이를 스위칭하여, 하나의 신호를 선택하여 고압신호 강하부 및 저압신호 강하부에 인가하여 고압신호 스위칭부(저압신호 스위칭부)저항과 고압신호 강하부(저압신호 강하부)의 저항비에 의해 입력신호를 측정에 맞는 신호로 강하한 후, 고압신호 버퍼부(저압신호 버퍼부)를 통해 신호를 안정화시켜 멀티플렉서부에 인가한다.In order to measure a signal having a plurality of voltages, the plurality of signals are divided into a high voltage signal of a predetermined voltage and a lower voltage signal, applied to the high voltage signal switching unit and the low voltage signal switching unit through a plurality of channels, and the inside thereof.
