본 바명은 키토산의 아민기에 프로판 술톤과 같은 술톤을 반응시켜서 술폰산화를 행함으로써 얻어지는 다음구조식(A)로 표시되는 화합물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 술폰산화 키토산은 물에 쉽게 용해되어 의약품 및 의료용품, 생활용품, 식품, 화장품, 응집제 및 막, 농업, 섬유 및 염색, 담체 및 매체, 그 밖의 사료, 제지, 액정, 악기 등의 여러 분야에 응용가능하다.The present invention relates to a compound represented by the following structural formula (A) obtained by reacting a sultone such as propane sultone with an amine group of chitosan to perform sulfonation, and a method for producing the sulfonated chitosan of the present invention is easily dissolved in water.
