외주에 방사상의 날을 갖는 회전식 커터와 외주에 나선상의 날을 갖는 스크류 커터와를 평행하게 근접 배치하여 재료의 투입구를 갖는 케이싱 내에 회전이 자유롭게 마련하고, 스크류 커터의 이송종단의 축방향 바깥쪽에 위치하는 케이싱의 단부에 축방향 바깥쪽이 큰 직경으로 되는 테이퍼공에 또한 내면에 축방향으로 연장되는 홈을 갖는 배출구를 형성하고, 배출구에 소정간극이 유지되어 끼워 맞춤되고 또한 외주에 축방향으로 연장되는 돌출부를 갖는 테이퍼상의 가압 로우터를 마련하여, 당해 가압 로우터를 스크류 커터의 이송종단부에 연결하여 이루어지는 감용장치에 있어서, 배출구의 내면에 형성되는 홈은 측면이 배출구의 축심방향으로 기립하고 저면이 배출구의 접선 방향으로 연장되는 단면 네모형상으로 형성함과 동시에, 저면의 폭치수를 측면의 기립치수보다도 크게 함.The rotary cutter with radial blades on the outer periphery and the screw cutter with spiral blades on the outer periphery are arranged in parallel so that rotation is freely provided in the casing with the inlet of the material, and is located axially outward of the feed end of the screw cutter.
