본 방법은 폐기물인 폐수처리오니, 폐석고, 분진, 주물사 등을 건축자재로 활용가능하도록 한 재처리 방법에 관한 것으로, 미리 수집된 무기물 폐기물을 선별하여 이를 콘베이어와 이송스크류를 통하여 건조장치로 이송시켜 적당한 수분함량이 되도록 건조시키고, 그 건조장치에 연결된 콘베이어를 통해 분쇄장치로 이송시켜 소망하는 크기의 소입자로 분쇄시킨 다음 선별장치를 경유하여 필요한 굵기의 입자만 믹서기로 삽입시키되, 제조에 필요한 양만큼 천연골재를 별도로 투입시킴과 동시에 상기 믹서기로 혼합하고, 혼합된 재료를 제품의 형상이 제작되는 성형기로 이송시켜 소정의 형상으로 성형한 다음 최종적으로 양생실에서 제품이 완료되도록 한 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to a reprocessing method that enables the use of waste water treatment sludge, waste gypsum, dust, and foundry sand as building materials, and collects collected inorganic waste and transfers it to a drying apparatus through a conveyor and a transfer screw.
