Abstract

본 발명은 대학교의 기초 공학과정 및 공고나 전문 기술 훈련원의 학생들이 서보 메카니즘에 대한 실험 실습을 통해 서보 모터의 특성을 보다 체계적이고 효과적으로 이해하며 학습할 수 있는 교습용 서보 시스템을 제공함에 그 목적이 있는 것으로, D/C서보 모터 제어 시스템에 있어서, 서보 구동부와 상기 서보 구동부를 제어하는 서보 컨트롤러가 각각 설치되는 판넬상면에는 일측에 인코더(Encoder)가 접속되고 타측에는 커플링으로 연결되는 브레이크장치를 가지는 D/C서보 모터를 설치하여 서보 컨트롤러에 의해 비례 제어되는 서보 모터의 동작 및 제어상태를 학습자가 논으로 직접확인 하도록 함으로써 실질적인 실험, 실습교육을 통해 교육효과를 극대화 시킬 수 있도록 한 것임.The object of the present invention is to provide a teaching servo system that enables students of the university's basic engineering courses and announcements or specialized technical training centers to understand and learn more about the characteristics of servo motors through experiments on the servo mechanism.
