Abstract
본 발명은 고점도슬러지 및 고형물용 펌프장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 각종 산업장에서의 폐수에 의한 고점도슬러지(Sludge), 생활하수 및 오니(汚泥)등의 고형물을 지면밑으로부터의 일정깊이에서 배출하는 경우 모터직하방으로 설치된 구동축 하단부에 일체형으로 설치된 임펠러(impeller)의 회전으로 의한 원심력에 의해 수면에 침지된 터빈형 임펠러에 나선형으로 형성된 흡입·배출통로를 통과하면서 외류를 형성하여 고점도슬러지 등이 높은 양정(10~15m)에서도 상향으로 토출될 수 있도록 한 것으로, 고점도슬러지, 생활하수 및 오니등의 고형물을 지면으로부터 소정깊이에 형성된 폐수저장용 탱크로부터 배출시키는데 사용되는 펌프장치를 형성함에 있어서, 지상에 설치된 브라켓트(10)에 탑재된 모터(11)에 직하방으로 케이스(12)내측에 회전가능하게 설치된 구동축(13) 하단부에 수면에 침지되는 임펠러(20)를 착탈가능하게 장착하되, 상기 임펠러(20)의 저면중앙에 형성된 흡입구(21)와 상면 일측에 형성된 배출구(22)를 임펠러(20) 회전시 와류를 발생하는 나선형 흡입·배출통로(23) (24)로서 연통하며, 임펠러(20) 상면에 수개의 날개부(25)가 돌출형성된 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
