Abstract
본 고안은 우리나라에 널리 분포되어 있는 화강암이 오랜세월 풍화작용되어 생성되는 마사토를 주제로한 벽돌의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 일정량의 마사토 중량에 대하여 1∼2%의 폴리비닐계의 가교제와 0.1∼0.5%의 염화칼슘, 5∼8%의 생석회, 2∼3%의 탄산칼슘 및 0.1∼0.3%의 염산을 적당량의 물로 혼합반죽하여서 얻어진 반죽물을 약200∼250kg의 압력으로 벽돌을 가압성형하는 것으로 탄산칼슘을 생석회와 염산의 혼합 반응작용에 의하여 생성되는 2산화탄소로 용해시켜 상기 반죽물에 골고루 혼합 되도록하여 경도를 높여 반죽물을 가압성형하는 벽돌뿐만아니라, 철도 레일의 침목이나, 보도블럭, 경계블럭은 물론 공중궤도차량의 로드블럭으로도 사용이 가능하도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a brick based on Masato, which is produced by weathering granite widely distributed in Korea for a long time, and has a polyvinyl crosslinking agent of 0.1 to 2% based on a certain amount of Masato weight.
