Abstract
본 발명은 유공관을 사출 성형하므로서 유공관에 형성시키는 구멍의 크기와 위치를 일정하게 하여 유공관의 취약성을 해소시키고 기대하는 바 대로의 취수 효율을 얻을 수 있도록 한 것으로, 이와같은 유공관은 일반적으로 그 직경이 75∼30mm 정도로 대구경일 뿐 아니라 그 단위 유공관의 길이가 4m정도로 길어서 일반적인 사출법에 의하여서는 그 사출 성형이 불가능하다. 이에 본 발명은 사출 금형으로 약 25∼50cm 정도 길이의 유공관을 사출 성형시킨 후 성형된 유공관을 금형의 일측으로 밀어내고 그 단부에 잇대어 차위(次位)의 유공관을 사출하므로서 연속하여 기다란 유공관을 사출 성형할 수 있도록 한 것임.The present invention is to make the hole and the hole to be formed in the hole by the injection molding of the hole, so as to solve the fragility of the hole and to obtain the water withdrawal efficiency as expected, such a hole is generally the diameter of the hole It is not only large diameter of 75 ~ 30mm but also the length of the unit perforated tube is about 4m long, so the injection molding is impossible by the general injection method.
