Abstract

본 발명은 금속분말압연기용 호퍼에 관한 것으로, 특히 호퍼 하부에 이동가능한 가이드를 장착하여 분말압연에 의한 성형판재 제조시 성형충진각(Feeding Angle : F. A)을 조절하며 이에 따라 성형판재의 전체밀도 및 부위별밀도를 용이하게 조절할 수 있는 금속분말압연기용 호퍼에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 밀도조절수단을 구비한 금속분말압연기용 호퍼는 호퍼(1)로 공급된 금속분말(5)을 상기 호퍼(1)하부에 위치한 한쌍의 회전롤(3)속으로 관통시켜 압연하기 위한 금속분말압연기용 호퍼에 있어서, 상기 호퍼(1)의 양측에 상하로 조절가능하게 장착되어 성형판재의 전체밀도를 용이하게 조절할 수 있도록 이루어져 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 호퍼(1)로 공급된 금속분말(5)을 상기 호퍼(1) 하부에 위치한 한쌍의 회전롤(3) 속으로 관통시켜 압연하기 위한 금속분말용 호퍼에 있어서, 상기 호퍼(1)의 양측에 상하로 조절가능하게 장착되어 성형판재의 전체밀도를 조절하기 위한 밀도조절 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말압연기용 호퍼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 밀도조절수단은 상기 회전롤과 닿는 하부가 직사각형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말압연기용 호퍼.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 밀도조절수단은 상기 회전롤과 닿는 하부가 라운드형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말압연기용 호퍼.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 어느 하나의 회전롤 양측에는 각각 분말누출방지용 플랜지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말압연기용 호퍼.
