Abstract

본 발명은 각종의 포장에 사용되는 포장용 충격 흡수재에 관한 것으로, 특히 소정의 피치와 골높이를 갖는 골판원지를 간헐적으로 돌출된 용기부를 갖는 한쌍의 가공로울러 사이로 공급하여 길이방향에 대해 연속된 눌림 가공부를 형성한 후, 눌림 가공부와 초기의 폭을 유지하는 미가공부가 연속적으로 구성되고 있는 가공된 복수개의 골판지를 눌림 가공부가 서로 교차되도록 중첩시켜 설치함으로서 외력 작용시 이들 결합부가 억지 끼워맞춤 되도록 하는 내충격성이 우수한 종이 완충재를 개시하는 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 소정의 피치와 골높이를 갖는 골판원지를 간헐적으로 돌출된 융기부를 갖는 한쌍의 가공로울러 사이로 공급하여 길이방향에 대해 연속된 눌림 가공부를 형성한 후, 눌림 강공부와 초기의 폭을 유지하는 미가공부가 연속적으로 구성되고 있는 가공된 복수개의 골판지를 눌림 가공부가 서로 교차되도록 중첩시켜 설치함으로서 외력 작용시 이들 결합부가 억지 끼워맞춤되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 내충격성이 우수한 종이 완충재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 한쌍의 가공로울러에 의해 성형되는 연속된 눌림 가공부가 초기의 폭을 유지하는 미가공부에 비해 다소 좁은 폭으로 형성되어, 이를 접촉면에 완충공간이 형성되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 내충격성이 우수한 종이 완충재.
