Abstract
본 발명은 공진형 고주파 가열장치의 인버터 출력 제어회로에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 2석식 인버터 회로로서, 현재 일정주파수의 PWM 출력제어기술의 적용이 곤란하고, 인버터 회로에서 처리할 수 있는 부하의 용량이 제한되어 있으며 또한, 인버터 제어시에 발생하는 잡음등에 의해 주변기기와 상호 전자간섭이 발생할 가능성이 많은 문제점이 있었다. 이러한 점을 개선하기 위한 본 발명은 전력 제어시 일정한 주파수로 유지하여 펄스폭 변조를 수행하므로써 광범위한 전력제어가 가능하고 또한, 일정 주파수에서 전력제어가 가능하므로 주변 기기와의 상호 전자기 간섭을 방지할 수 있어 시스템이 안정적으로 동작하도록 구성한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
