Abstract
본 발명은 이동통신기기의 선형 저전력 다운컨버터에 관한 것으로서, 종래 비선형 설계에서 저전력 다운컨버터를 설계할 경우 복잡하고 회로 설계시 많은 소요시간이 소요되었던 문제점을 해결하기 위해 고주파신호와 국부발진신호를 싱글-톤 입력으로 받아 정합하는 고주파 및 국부발진신호 정합부와, 고주파 및 국부발진신호 정합부로부터 출력된 중간주파신호에서 국부발진신호의 출력잡음지수를 낮추어 트랜지스터의 게이트에 인가하는 잡음제거부, 잡음제거부에서 잡음이 제거된 고주파신호와 국부발진신호 상호간의 간섭이나 영향을 최대로 줄이기 위해 트랜지스터의 드레인에 접속되어 상대적으로 신호의 세기가 큰 국부발진신호를 중간주파신호로 출력하기 전에 제거되는 필터부, 필터부를 통해 출력된 신호의 감쇠를 크게 하여 수신감도를 증대시키는 감쇠부로 구성된 선형 중간주파증폭부와, 선형 중간주파증폭부의 필터부를 통과한 중간주파출력신호를 최대로 전달하기 위해 정합하는 중간주파출력 정합부로 구성된 선형 저전력 다운컨버터를 제공함으로써 간단한 선형 데이타 성분으로 설계할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 단시간에 회로를 완성할 수 있는 잇점이 있다.The present invention relates to a linear low power downconverter of a mobile communication device.
