Abstract

멀티 레이어 세라믹 콘덴서 제작용 주조기의 벨트장력 조절장치가 개시되는 바, 이는 액상물질이 분사된 강철벨트가 고온의 건조로에 들어갈 때에는 길이가 늘어나게 되고, 그 외의 부분에서는 수축됨으로써 길이변형이 심하게 되어 이를 실린더를 이용하여 항상 일정하게 텐션을 부여하도록 함으로써 제품을 안정적으로 제조할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 강철벨트상에 액상물질을 분사하여 건조시켜 콘덴서용 시트를 제조하고, 상기 강철벨트를 제1및 제2로울러 사이에서 주회되도록 한 콘덴서 주조기의 벨트장력 조절장치에 있어서; 상기 제1 및 제1로울러중 어느 하나의 로울러를 실린더에 의해 지지토록 하여 상기 강철벨트의 길이변형을 흡수하여 일정한 장력하에서 강철벨트가 주회되도록 하여서 된 콘덴서 주조기의 벨트장력 조절장치.
