Abstract
본 발명은 주변조도 적응형 발광표시소자의 광강도 조절장치에 관한 것으로, 현재의 동작상태의 표시 또는 선택되는 기능의 표시를 위해 발광표시조자(LED)를 사용하는 텔레비젼에 있어서 해당 텔레비젼이 설치된 장소의 주변의 조도를 검출하는 조도검출수단과, 상기 조도검출수단에서 검출된 주변조도에 따라 상기 발광표시소자를 구동하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 마이컴수단, 상기 마이컴수단에서 출력되는 제어신호에 의해 상기 발광표시소자를 구동하는 발광표시소자 구동수단을 갖추어 구성되고, 마이컴수단이 발광표시소자를 주변조도에 비례하여 그 발광표시소자의 광강도를 강 중 약으로 조절함으로써 주변의 조도가 변화되는 경우에도 발광표시소자에 의한 표시 내용의 식별이 용이하도록 된 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an apparatus for adjusting light intensity of an ambient light adaptive light emitting display device, the place where the television is installed in a television using a light emitting display modulator (LED) for display of a current operating state or display of a selected function.
