Abstract
본 발명은 응축기로부터 냉각되어 나온 냉매를 기액분리하여 기체만을 압축기로 바이패스시켜 냉동사이클의 효율을 증대시킬 수 있도록 한 냉동장치의 냉매유통구조에 관한 것으로, 응축기(20)와 팽창변(30) 사이에 기체와 액체를 분리하는 기액분리기(50)를 설치하되, 상기 기액분리기(50)의 상부와 압축기(10)를 연결관(51)으로 연결하여 연통시킨다. 또한, 상기 기액분리기(50)에 형성된 연결관(51)의 단부와 수직선상으로 플로우트(52)를 설치하되, 상기 플로우트(52)의 하부에 스프링(53)을 결합한다. 따라서, 기액분리기를 이용하여 증발기에 액체냉매만을 공급함으로써 냉각효과를 향상시키는 것이다.The present invention relates to a refrigerant flow structure of a refrigerating device to increase the efficiency of a refrigeration cycle by gas-liquid separation of the refrigerant cooled from the condenser to bypass only gas to the compressor, and between the condenser 20 and the expansion valve 30.
