본 발명은, 배기가스에 포함되어 있는 유독가스를 제거하기 위하여 촉매체가 내장되는 촉매컨버터의 형성에 있어서의 촉매컨버터의 배기가스유비부에 확산 유도파이프를 형성하여, 배기가스가 촉매체의 모노리드의 중앙으로 집중화되는 것을 분산시키어 촉매의 정화효율을 높일 수 있는 배기가스의 촉매컨버터 통과 변화 장치에 관한 것으로, 배기가스가 배기되는 배기관과 연결되어 통하도록 된 컨버터내부에 정화 기능을 발휘하는 촉매체 및 모노리드를 형성하여, 컨버터에서 배출되는 배기 유독 가스를 정화시킴에 있어서, 상기의 컨버터(10)의 배기유입구(11)의 넥크부에, 배기가스를 분할 확산시킬 수 있는 확산유도파이프(40)를 형성하여, 배기유입구(11)쪽으로부터 유입되는 배기가스의 중앙집중화를 유도 분산시키어, 컨버터(10)내를 통과할 수 있도록 한 것이며, 상기 확산유도파이프(40)는, 다수의 파이프(41)가 단일체로 형성되어 중앙쪽은 작은 직경이고, 그의 둘레면은 큰 직경의 칫수로 이루어져 있고, 그의 출구부쪽이 중앙으로부터 원주방향으로 경사진 출구부를 가지는 파이프(41)로 이루어져, 그의 출구부의 배기가스가 컨버터의 모노리드(30)의 전면적을 균일하게 확산 분포되도록 한 것이다.According to the present invention, a diffusion induction pipe is formed in the exhaust gas ubiquitous portion of the catalytic converter in the formation of a catalytic converter in which a catalyst body is incorporated in order to remove toxic gas contained in the exhaust gas.
