Abstract
본 발명은 유제 분사노즐의 유제토출구 직하 4∼8㎜ 위치에 두께 1.0∼1.5㎜, 깊이 0.5∼1.5㎜, 길이 4∼8㎜ 크기의 유제저장 슬리트를 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 용융방사 급유용 분사노즐을 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명의 용융방사용 급유노즐을 이용하면 원사에 균일하게 유제를 부여하여 제품품위 및 제조공정성을 향상시킬 수 있는 잇점이 있다.The present invention provides an oil-splitting sludge having an oil storage slitting having a thickness of 1.0 to 1.5 mm, a depth of 0.5 to 1.5 mm, and a length of 4 to 8 mm at a position of 4 to 8 mm directly below the oil discharge nozzle of the oil jet nozzle.
