Abstract
본 발명은 소결광제조시 열원으로 첨가하는 3mm 이하의 분코크스를 그대로 사용하는 종래의 방법과는 달리, 분코크스의 입도 분포를 보다 정립강화(整粒强化) 하므로서, 소결광의 품질 및 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 소결광의 제조방법을 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.The present invention is different from the conventional method of using powder coke of 3mm or less added as a heat source when manufacturing sintered ore as it is, thereby enhancing the grain size distribution of the powdered coke, thereby improving the quality and productivity of the sintered ore. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 분코크스를 열원으로 하는 소결광의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 분코크스중 3.0mm 이상의 입도를 15중량%로 일정하게 유지하고, 0.25∼3.0mm 사이의 입도를 58∼62중량%, 0.25mm 이하의 입도를 23∼27중량%가 되도록 하는 것을 포함하여 구성되는 분코크스입도 정립강화에 의한 소결광의 제조방법에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.In the present invention for achieving the above object, in the method for producing a sintered ore using powdered coke as a heat source, the particle size of 3.0 mm or more in the powdered coke is constantly maintained at 15% by weight, and the particle size between 0.25 and 3.0 mm is 58 to 3.0 mm.
