Abstract

본 발명은 제강시 발생되는 부산물을 이용한 전로 냉각제에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 슬러지 75~85wt% 및 더스트 15~25wt%로 이루어진 제강정련 발생 부산물, 시멘트 7~11wt%, 메틸셀룰로오즈 0.1~1.0wt%, 몰라세스 0.1~1.0wt%, 및 물 0.5~1.5wt%로 이루어지므로써 냉각제 사용비용을 절감하여 용강의 제조원가를 절감할 수 있으며, 부수적으로는 폐기물 재활용율 증가, 폐기물 처리비용의 절감, 철강산업 규제에 대한 효과적 대응, 환경오염 방지 등의 효과가 있는 제강시 발생되는 부산물을 이용한 전로 냉각제에 관한 것이다.

  1. 슬러지 75~85wt% 및 더스트 15~25wt%로 이루어진 제강정련 발생 부산물, 시멘트 7~11wt%, 메틸셀룰로오즈 0.1~1.0wt%, 몰라세스 0.1~1.0wt%, 및 물 0.5~1.5wt%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제강시 발생되는 부산물을 이용한 전로 냉각제.
