Abstract

본 발명은 폴리아미드 필름의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상세하기는 지방족 디아민, 방향족 디아민 등의 디아민 화합물 1종 이상과 지방족 디키르복실산, 방향족 디카르복실산 등의 디키르복실산화합물 1종 이상으로 구성된 폴리아미드 형성 성분 1 내지 10중량%와 엡실론캐카프로락탐(epsiloncaprolactam) 90 내지 99중량%를 중합하여 만들어진 폴리아미드에 무기 입자를 첨가시켜 제막한 이활성과 연신성이 우수한 축차 이축 폴리아미드 필름의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 지방족 디아민, 방향족 디아민 등의 디아민 화합물 1종 이상과 지방족 디키르복실산, 방향족 디카르복실산 등의 디키르복실산화합물 1종 이상으로 구성된 폴리아미드 형성 성분 1 내지 10중량%와 지방족 락탐화합물 90 내지 99중량%를 중합하여 만들어진 폴리아미드에 190℃에서 측정한 등온 결정화 속도 파라메타{(t/2)o/(t/2)c}가 0.8~2.0이 되도록 무기 입자를 함유시켜 티-다이를 통해, 압출, 축차 연신을 행하는 것으로 이루어지는 축차 이축 폴리아미드 필름의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 입자는 탈크, 실리카, 탄산칼슘, 알루미노실리케이트, 또는 카오린로 이루어지는 군에서 1종 이상 선택되어 사용되어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 무기 입자는 1 내지 5㎛정도의 평균 입경의 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 무기 입자는 폴리아미드에 첨가함에 있어 중합전의 폴리아미드 원료에 투입하거나, 중합 반응 후 임의의 단계에 투입하거나 또는 중합 후 칩으로 성형하기 전 또는 성형시 또는 압출전 호퍼에서 폴리아미드에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 무기 입자는 중합전 폴리아미드의 원료에 첨가하는 경우, 무기입자를 물 또는 10~80중량%의 폴리아미드의 원료 수용액에 분산시킨 후 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
