Abstract

본 발명은 글라스이동장치의 스크류변형방지수단에 관한 것으로, 하우징(14)에 고정된 와이어(19)의 남은 한쪽에 유압조절장치가 설치된 구조로, 글라스이동장치의 스크류(12)에 걸리는 하중될 가장 적절하게 조절하여, 스크류(12)의 변형을 방지할 수 있도록 된 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 모우터(11)와 이 모우터(11)에 의해 회동되는 스크류(12)가 설치됨과 더불어 플로아(A)에 설치되는 케이스(13)와, 이 케이스(13)의 소정위치에 설치되어 상·하이동됨과 더불어 회동하도록 설치된 하우징(14), 이 하우징(14)에 설치된 회전암(15)의 하부면과 고정된 브라켓트(16), 이 브라켓트(16)의 하부에 고정되어 글라스(B)를 진공흡착할 수 있도록 된 다수개의 진공패드(17) 및, 상기 하우징(14)의 소정위치에 한쪽끝이 고정된 와이어(19)가 소정위치에 설치된 풀리(18)에 지지됨과 더불어 남은 한쪽 끝에는 별도의 하중부가 수단이 설치된 글라스이동장치의 스크류변형방지수단에 있어서, 상기 하중부가수단이 유압조절장치로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스이동장치의 스크류변형방지수단.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압조절장치는, 상기 와이어(19)에 연결설치되는 에어실린더(1)와, 이 에어실린더(1)의 뒷쪽에 연결설치되어 에어를 드레인시키는 소음기(2), 이 소음기(2)의 반대쪽에 연결된 변환밸브(3), 이 변환밸브(3)에 연결된 압력조절밸브(4) 및, 상기 변환밸브(3)와 압력조절밸브(4)로 에어를 공급하는 에어공급원(5)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스이동장치의 스크류변형방지수단.
