Abstract

본 발명은 크랭크 샤프트와 실린더 블록의 조립시에 크랭크 샤프트에 새겨진 메탈부호를 확인하기 위해 크랭크 샤프트를 회동시키는 장치에 관한 것으로, 지지대(7)에 조작반의 작동스위치와 전기적으로 연결된 실린더(9)가 지지브라켓(8)을 매개로 경사지게 설치되고, 상기 실린더(5)의 실린더로드(9a)에는 우레탄 재질의 롤러(10)가 장착되어, 이 롤러(10)로 크랭크 샤프트(2)를 회동축(6)을 중심으로 회동시켜 크랭크 샤프트(2)에 새겨진 메탈부호(5)를 확인하도록 되어, 작동스위치의 조작만으로 크랭크 샤프트의 외주면에 새겨지는 메탈부호를 용이하게 확인할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 지지대(7)에 조작반의 작동스위치와 전기적으로 연결된 실린더(9)가 지지브라켓(8)을 매개로 경사지게 설치되고, 상기 실린더(9)의 실린더로드(9a)에는 우레탄 재질의 롤러(10)가 장착되어, 이 롤러(10)로 크랭크샤프트(2)를 회동측(6)을 중심으로 회동시켜 크랭크 샤프트(2)에 새겨진 메탄부호(5)를 확인하도록 된 크랭크 샤프트의 메탈부호확인용 회동장치.
